ULTRACE 2025 GIVEAWAY
Organizatorem konkursu pod nazwą „Wygraj bilety na Ultrace 2025” jest FHU SevenStars z siedzibą w Koszalinie, ul. Harcerska 21/7B, 75-073, NIP: 6692551988 , zwany dalej „Organizatorem”.
Konkurs nie jest w żaden sposób sponsorowany, wspierany, zarządzany ani powiązany z serwisem Instagram. Konkurs odbywa się za pośrednictwem platformy Instagram, na profilu @sevn.stars
Konkurs trwa od 19.06.2025 12:00 do 23.06.2025 23:59
§2. WARUNKI UCZESTNICTWA
Uczestnikiem Konkursu może być każda osoba fizyczna, która:
a) ukończyła 18 lat,
b) posiada aktywne konto na Instagramie,
c) obserwuje Profil Organizatora,
d) wykona zadanie konkursowe opisane w
§3. W Konkursie nie mogą brać udziału pracownicy Organizatora ani ich najbliższa rodzina.
Przystępując do Konkursu, Uczestnik akceptuje niniejszy regulamin.
§3. ZASADY KONKURSU
Aby wziąć udział w Konkursie, Uczestnik musi:
a) zaobserwować Profil Organizatora (@sevn.stars),
b) udostępnić w relacji post konkursowy
c) w komentarzu pod postem oznaczyć co najmniej jedną osobę (znajomego), z którą chciałby wybrać się na wydarzenie.
Organizator wybierze zwycięzcę/-ów w sposób subiektywnyspośród poprawnych zgłoszeń.
§4. NAGRODY
Nagrodą w Konkursie są 2 bilety wstępu na wydarzenie ULTRACE, które odbędzie się w dniu 28-29.06.2025, we Wrocławiu.
Liczba zwycięzców: 1 osoba - 2 bilety
Wyniki zostaną ogłoszone do dnia 24.06.2025, poprzez opublikowanie komentarza lub relacji na profilu @sevn.stars
Zwycięzcy zostaną ogłoszeni w oficjalnej relacji na portalu Instagram, a następnie @sevn.stars skontaktuje się z nimipoprzez wiadomość prywatną (DM) w celu przekazania danych niezbędnych do przekazania nagrody.
Brak odzewu ze strony zwycięzcy w ciągu 48h skutkuje utratą prawa do nagrody.
§5. DANE OSOBOWE
Administratorem danych osobowych Uczestników jest Organizator. Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane wyłącznie w celu realizacji Konkursu, wyłonienia zwycięzców i wydania nagród. Podanie danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, ale niezbędne do udziału w Konkursie. Uczestnik ma prawo dostępu do swoich danych, ich poprawiania oraz żądania ich usunięcia.
§6. POSTANOWIENIA KOŃCOWE
Konkurs nie jest grą losową, loterią fantową, zakładem wzajemnym ani loterią promocyjną w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 19 listopada 2009 r. o grach hazardowych. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany regulaminu w uzasadnionych przypadkach, o ile nie wpłynie to na pogorszenie warunków uczestnictwa. Wszelkie reklamacje związane z przebiegiem Konkursu należy zgłaszać na adres e-mail: [email protected] w terminie 7 dni od zakończenia Konkursu. Regulamin Konkursu dostępny jest pod linkiem w bio oraz na żądanie w wiadomości prywatnej.
§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The organizer of the contest titled “Win Tickets to Ultrace 2025” is FHU SevenStars, based in Koszalin, ul. Harcerska 21/7B, 75-073, NIP: 6692551988, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.”
The contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. The contest is held via the Instagram platform, on the profile @sevn.stars.
The contest runs from June 19, 2025, 12:00 PM to June 23, 2025, 11:59 PM.
§2. PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
Any natural person who meets the following criteria may participate in the contest:
a) is at least 18 years old,
b) has an active Instagram account,
c) follows the Organizer’s profile,
d) completes the contest task described in §3.
Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
By entering the contest, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.
§3. CONTEST RULES
To participate in the contest, the participant must:
a) follow the Organizer’s profile (@sevn.stars),
b) share the contest post to their story,
c) tag at least one person (a friend) in the comments under the post whom they would like to attend the event with.
The winner(s) will be selected subjectively by the Organizer from among the valid entries.
§4. PRIZES
The prize consists of 2 admission tickets to the ULTRACE event, which will take place on June 28–29, 2025, in Wrocław.
Number of winners: 1 person – 2 tickets
The results will be announced by June 24, 2025, via a comment or story posted on the @sevn.stars profile.
Winners will be asked to contact the Organizer via direct message (DM) to provide the necessary details for prize delivery.
Failure to respond within 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of the prize.
§5. PERSONAL DATA
The Organizer is the administrator of the participants’ personal data. Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the contest, selecting winners, and awarding prizes. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for participation. Participants have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their data.
§6. FINAL PROVISIONS
The contest is not a game of chance, raffle, mutual bet, or promotional lottery as defined by the Polish Gambling Act of November 19, 2009.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend these rules in justified cases, provided that such changes do not worsen the conditions of participation.
