REGULAMIN KONKURSU „ULTRACE 2026 GIVEAWAY”

§1. Postanowienia ogólne

Organizatorem konkursu jest FHU SEVENSTARS DAMIAN SZCZEGIELNIAK, z siedzibą w Koszalinie, ul Harcerska 21/7B, 75-073 Koszalin, NIP: 6692551988, zwany dalej „Organizatorem”.

Konkurs prowadzony jest za pośrednictwem serwisu Instagram na profilu @sevn.stars.

Konkurs nie jest w żaden sposób sponsorowany, wspierany, administrowany ani powiązany z serwisami Instagram ani Facebook. Instagram i Facebook nie ponoszą odpowiedzialności za przebieg Konkursu.

Regulamin określa zasady uczestnictwa, przebieg Konkursu oraz sposób wyłonienia zwycięzców.

§2. Czas trwania Konkursu

Konkurs rozpoczyna się z chwilą opublikowania posta konkursowego.

Konkurs trwa do dnia 21.06.2026 r. do godziny 23:59 (CEST).

Wyniki Konkursu zostaną ogłoszone dnia 22.06.2026 r. na profilu Organizatora oraz poprzez wiadomość prywatną na Instagramie.

§3. Warunki uczestnictwa

Uczestnikiem Konkursu może być osoba fizyczna, która ukończyła 18 lat lub posiada zgodę przedstawiciela ustawowego na udział w Konkursie.

Warunkiem udziału w Konkursie jest łączne wykonanie następujących czynności:

zaobserwowanie profilu Organizatora @sevn.stars,

udostępnienie posta konkursowego w relacji (Instagram Story),

pozostawienie komentarza pod postem konkursowym,

oznaczenie w komentarzu osoby, z którą Uczestnik chciałby wybrać się na wydarzenie ULTRACE 2026.

Każdy Uczestnik może dodać więcej niż jeden komentarz, pod warunkiem oznaczenia innej osoby w każdym z nich, o ile post konkursowy nie stanowi inaczej.

Komentarze zawierające treści obraźliwe, niezgodne z prawem, naruszające prawa osób trzecich lub zasady współżycia społecznego mogą zostać usunięte, a ich autor wykluczony z Konkursu.

§4. Nagrody

W Konkursie zostaną wyłonieni dwaj Zwycięzcy.

Każdy Zwycięzca otrzyma 2 bilety na wydarzenie ULTRACE 2026.

Łącznie Organizator przekaże 4 bilety.

Nagroda nie podlega wymianie na ekwiwalent pieniężny ani na inną nagrodę.

Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany sposobu przekazania nagrody z przyczyn od niego niezależnych.

§5. Wyłonienie Zwycięzców

Zwycięzcy zostaną wybrani przez Organizatora spośród wszystkich prawidłowo zgłoszonych uczestników.

Organizator oceni zgłoszenia według własnego uznania, biorąc pod uwagę ich kreatywność i zgodność z zasadami Konkursu.

Zwycięzcy zostaną poinformowani poprzez wiadomość prywatną na Instagramie oraz oznaczeni w poście lub relacji Organizatora.

Jeżeli Zwycięzca nie odpowie na wiadomość Organizatora w terminie 7 dni, Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do wyboru innego Zwycięzcy.

§6. Dane osobowe

Administratorem danych osobowych uczestników jest Organizator.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane wyłącznie w celu przeprowadzenia Konkursu, kontaktu ze Zwycięzcami oraz wydania nagród, zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa, w tym z Rozporządzeniem Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 (RODO).

Uczestnik ma prawo dostępu do swoich danych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania oraz wniesienia sprzeciwu zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami.

§7. Postanowienia końcowe

Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany Regulaminu z ważnych przyczyn, o ile nie naruszy to praw nabytych Uczestników.

Regulamin dostępny jest przez cały okres trwania Konkursu na stronie internetowej Organizatora.

W sprawach nieuregulowanych niniejszym Regulaminem zastosowanie mają przepisy prawa polskiego.

Przystąpienie do Konkursu oznacza akceptację niniejszego Regulaminu.

 

CONTEST RULES – “ULTRACE 2026 GIVEAWAY”

§1. General Information

1. The organizer of the contest is FHU SEVENSTARS DAMIAN SZCZEGIELNIAK, with its registered office at Harcerska 21/7B, 75-073 Koszalin, Tax ID : PL6692551988, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.
2. The contest is conducted via Instagram on the profile @sevn.stars.
3. The contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. Instagram and Facebook bear no responsibility for the contest.
4. These rules define the terms of participation, contest procedure, and selection of winners.

§2. Duration of the Contest

1. The contest begins at the moment the contest post is published.
2. The contest runs until June 21, 2026, 11:59 PM (CEST).
3. The winners will be announced on June 22, 2026, via Instagram direct message and/or on the Organizer’s profile.

§3. Conditions of Participation

1. Participants must be natural persons aged 18 or older, or minors with parental or legal guardian consent.
2. To take part in the contest, participants must complete all of the following steps:
   • follow the Organizer’s Instagram profile @sevn.stars,
   • share the contest post to their Instagram Story,
   • leave a comment under the contest post,
   • tag a friend in the comment they would like to attend ULTRACE 2026 with.
3. Participants may submit more than one comment, provided each comment tags a different person, unless stated otherwise in the contest post.
4. Comments containing offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content, or violating third-party rights or social norms, may be removed and their authors disqualified from the contest.

§4. Prizes

1. Two winners will be selected in the contest.
2. Each winner will receive 2 tickets to ULTRACE 2026.
3. In total, 4 tickets will be awarded.
4. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative prize.
5. The Organizer reserves the right to change the method of prize delivery due to circumstances beyond its control.

§5. Winner Selection

1. Winners will be selected by the Organizer from all valid entries.
2. Entries will be evaluated based on creativity and compliance with the contest rules.
3. Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message and may also be announced in a post or story on the Organizer’s profile.
4. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

§6. Personal Data

1. The data controller of participants’ personal data is the Organizer.
2. Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the contest, contacting winners, and delivering prizes, in accordance with applicable laws, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
3. Participants have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, and object to the processing of their personal data in accordance with applicable law.

§7. Final Provisions

1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these rules for important reasons, provided that such changes do not affect participants’ acquired rights.
2. These rules are available throughout the duration of the contest on the Organizer’s website.
3. In matters not regulated by these rules, Polish law shall apply.
4. Participation in the contest implies acceptance of these rules.
